Artist's Description

Cold War countdown at thirty-four - is that years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes or seconds? Whatever it is, it is time to don the tin helmet and to say things such as 'Tri-lateral incoming confirmed two seven two four Red February go for launch status eight'. It's what my late mother used to do whenever she was in the hot seat.

About Ian Hutson

Ian Hutson

I live on my narrowboat 'Cardinal Wolsey' on England's canals. I occasionally wrestle with love-struck badgers but always enjoy the countryside anyway. Dog person not a cat person. Dogs and cats both know this. Not convinced that I am a member of the Human species. There are similarities in shape and size, but that's as far as the comparison goes. I like vegetables.
