Operations room in the de-commissioned Cold War nuclear bunker, with confusticated displays indicating the temporal proximity of the end of the world as we knew it. Real people were trained to sit at these and do strange things - doubtless there are modern counterparts doing similar things today. Why oh why oh why can the human species not make love instead of war?
About Ian Hutson
I live on my narrowboat 'Cardinal Wolsey' on England's canals. I occasionally wrestle with love-struck badgers but always enjoy the countryside anyway. Dog person not a cat person. Dogs and cats both know this. Not convinced that I am a member of the Human species. There are similarities in shape and size, but that's as far as the comparison goes. I like vegetables.
